I was hired by an recruiter for a company called classic ink USA a great job great staffing great people I was terminated due to car issues I actually ran over a track trailer bumper and was on interstate for about 7 to 10 hrs that day was one worst of my life still been searching for employment since that day I’ve reapplied and was told by another recruiter that I couldn’t get hired for a job due to my rap sheet and me having multiple felonies I actually had my fiancé in on call as a witness for some reason I feel like one of staff members is preventing me from a job assignment for personal reasons I studied the law I know my rights I also have worked for other temp agency’s I actually was a driver for Amazon last year to be a non violent convicted felon who has cleared and worked for major companies to tell them they can’t be hired or get an work assignment due to them having multiple felonies sounds like discrimination and personal I really enjoyed working for this company I really enjoyed the black recruiter that did give me a chance and actually got me to start work the following day he deserves an accommodation for that it was the quickest and fastest employment I’ve ever gained I’m currently in process of filing and compliant but there is no Human Resources or compliant line my only other option is to file and civil suit I believe my rights was violated not by company but and recruiter has singled me out due to they said I had multiple felonies which is why I can not be employed or gain and assignment but I was already hired and given and assignment this is very disappointing and unprofessional to tell someone that you already hired and gave and assignment too that they can not be assigned to a job due to them having multiple felonies convictions
